The event runs from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with a limited number of 30-minute photo slots available (10)—book early to secure your spot! Bookings are first-come, first-served. Sessions are limited and fill up quickly—reserve your spot as early as possible! Cancellation & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a booked session, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. This helps us offer the time slot to other participants and keeps our schedule running smoothly. Last-Minute Bookings (less than 24 hours in advance) If you book a session that starts within the next 24 hours, please immediately contact us by phone or text at 386-956-5168 to confirm we’ve received and can accommodate your booking. This quick alert ensures everything is set up and ready for you and your dog! Additional Notes No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee (or no credit/rescheduling), as the time is reserved exclusively for you. We appreciate your understanding—this policy allows us to provide the best experience for all DSU participants.
